Since I called miway to try to cancel my policy, I spoke to a lady who said she will have a look at my profile to see how she could help me, she promised to call me back and now its 2 days later and still waiting for her call. No one reminds them to debit accounts but when you have a problem, typical of them, just like most insurance companies, advertise they are the best but the worst to deliver.
