INCORRECT INFO ON MY TRANSUNION REPORT

My insurance with MIWAY was officially closed on the 29-10-2013, to my surprise the policy still reflects on my profile Transunion ITC report, with the balance outstanding of R482, this is my 3rd call or complain with Miway, in my first call i was promised the email will be forwarded to ITC department for credit profile to be updated and on my next call i was told i will get the letter confirming my policy is closed, guess what the letter i got was a threatening me that my policy will be cancelled in the next 30 days should i not adhere to my subscription, this was in contrary with what i requested. Today i decided to call again with luck from i spoke to One of the reliable agent who knows what customer service is and what it means to be Miway Representative: Godfrey Jesi, i wish i spoke to Godfrey from day one, my query could have been dealt with long time ago. He sent me letter confirming that my contract with Miway is closed and ITC profile will be updated to zero and closure status in the next 7 days. Godfrey Jesi keep up the good work, customer service is very important, it take one customer to say negative stuff about the company and this might affect the company BRAND.
