Debit Order Date

Debit order date the 1st of the month.
MTN deducts my account on the 6th of March! who still has funds for debit order on this date?!
Bank Charges due to unpaid!! Interest charged by MTN for unpaid!!!
MTN BREAKS contract and i get penalised?
My error for not making sure that THEY did not debit my account on the 1st with enough funds for all debits!!
Requested support and none given by MTN Accounts!
REDICULOUS!!!
