Earlier this month I lodged a complaint about Standard Bank with particular reference to the poor service received from one of the Prestige Managers at the Centurion Branch. Unfortunately, there's not much that changed there but the report led to interaction with a Deon Rosenberg from the complaints division of the bank. This gentlemen tried his level best to remedy the situation. If SA had more people like him, there would not be a need for a "hellopeter" bad service web. Thank you Deon!
