Last week tried to find out what the AUS$ rate is. Called the Prestige Line - 6 calls later still no answer. Put through to the wrong people, nobody call s back!! One call to ABSA and received the rate!!
The question sis why do I bank with Standard Bank? I am paying them to abuse me!! So I am the sucker!!
Also lodged a complaint on the website - still no response!!
Please do not call to apologise - just fix the service. Also do not cut and paste your normal response about resolving the complaint!
Looking at the other complaints on this website I am surprised that Standard Bank is still in business!! Stop talking and advertising how good you are - do something!!
