It's been over a month now & I still haven't had any feedback from Standard Bank or Deon Rosenberg. He left a message on my voicemail late last month and when I phone him back on his number there's no answer. The line is constantly ringing. I leave a message on the answering machine but he doesn't bother to phone me back, I send him e-mails - he doesn't bother to respond.
It's clear that my complaint is being dragged on, on purpose. Either way, I will find justice with the illegal action that was performed on my account by Standard Bank.
