My complaint still not sorted out!!!

Over a week ago I lodged a complaint with on Hellopeter regarding the unauthorised debit orders performed on my account - till today no one has contacted me, I just got an e-mail from Deon Rosenberg which didn't provide much feedback for me. I'm guessing that it's just an e-mail to shut me up, which I cannot do because a activity has been performed on my account. I refuse to sit back & let this go because this is MY money

I want Standard Bank to know that I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I never opened a share/investments account therefore I'm demanding a repayment of all the money they've from my account. I will not let this go until I have that money back. They had no right to go into my account and do as they like

I'm trying to phone Deon Rosenberg but his phone is always ringing constantly without an answer! I demand that they make sure that this facility is cancelled on my account because I don't need it, never have!! I have enough shares & investments, I don't see why I should want to use theirs as it is not benefiting to me at all. Just because they are a big financial institution doesn't give them the right to do as they like with my money these arrogant bullies!!
