Referring to my complaint posted on Hello Peter dated the 31/10/2013 withregards to CFC Account not linked and International Banking Software not loaded, we received a e-mail from Ameera Khan asking what our account number is and our physical address, which we provide, nothing come from it, the we received a phone call yesterday by Deon Rosenberg saying he is still sorting the problem out and will give me feedback by 09:00 today nothing happened... The we had a last nigh where our Cheques Book and online Remote token was, we phoned Standard Bank department to cancel the Cheques book and Token, we were told that business banking is only open between 08:00 and 15:30 weekday there is nothing they can do... This is how Standard Bank do Corporate Banking on Between 08:00 and 15:30 week days!!!
