I went to FNB on the 17th of Oct 2013 to reopen my business acc. I dealt with Xolani who told me that it would take 48 hours for my account to be re-opened, so I waited, after 24 hours my account was still closed. I went back to check as no one was updating me. There I was told that Xolani was not available & tno one could assist me as he was the one dealing with the account, I spoke to his manager who said that there was nothing that she can do I have to wait for Xolani. I went back there the following day and Xolani told me that the account was with Legal and they had not opened it but now he told me that they usually take up to 5 working days which was something he had omitted to tell me before, so the days kept accumulating. I waited for that period and than I went back, Xolani gave me the no. for the Legal Dept which was incorrect by the way so it didn't assist me in any way. On Monday 28 Oct. 2013 I spoke to the manager who told me that the account was still not activated and that the Legal section takes about 10-14 days and when I asked for their no. and she denied & said she will send an email. Till this day my acc is not active and I have not received any feedback
