An Outsurance consultant contacted me a week ago to compare quotes against my current insurance and was unable to beat it. I was told that a link will be sent to me via email where I should upload my current policy schedule and then receive payment, but I am still waiting for that link! I even phoned the Outsurance call centre 2 or 3 days later and was again told that a link will be sent to me, but still nothing. How can they advertise something like this and not keep up to it? I am so disappointed!
