R400 RADIO ADVERT

I contacted Outsurance via your website on 20 Dec 2012 regarding the R400 radio ad. Hugo called me, took my details and quoted me higher than my current quote. His attitude was the worst I have ever reveived from any companie's call centre. After realising that he could not beat my current insurer. Hugo did not send me the outsurance quote, and told me "why must I send the quote if you're not going to take it". He then told me that someone will call me back and ended the call. I know for a fact that you guys send your quote to the customer, including an email with a link to attach their current policy and an sms with a log in code. I know this because this is what was done to a friend. None of this was done. Nobody called me back. I called you guys on numerous occations. Only 09/01/13 Tumelo called me and had to redo the entire quote because apparently my details was incorrect. Still higher than my current policy. I called 3 times 0n 10/01/13, i spoke to Lucy, Theboko and someone else (female). None of them assisted. They all promised to call me back and promised to send the email with the log in link. Nothing. Can somone please call me to sort this out.
