I sms'd Outsurance regarding their advert for R400 cash back if they cant beat current insurance. I was called back within 5 minutes and went through the whole process of giving my details to the consultant. At the end of the 20 minute call the conclusion was that Outsurance could not beat my current insurance. They sent me a link to upload my details online to their system. I tried that link a few times but for various reasons it wouldn't work, I contacted Outsurance and they helped me immediately. I was eventually able to send my details to them and got a call back the next day saying they will do the payment and asked for my bank details. I was contacted again to say the payment would be made that day (a week after my first phone call) and that it would reflect in my account 5-14 days later. Today (2 days after payment) the money is in my account. Thank you Outsurance! If my current insurance wasn't as good I would definitely be with you
