Claim payout frozen with no explaination

I make a claim from my father's policies for fathers policies between last month and this month. Claim pays out after supplying all documents required for the claim. Happy for a couple of days, I make plans and commitments. When I enquire with my bank (Capitec). They inform me that Old Mutual has put an order to put a hold on the funds with no explanation. I call the department that facilitated my claim. Spoke with Brenda Niemand who could pick up nothing from her end, then I spoke to her manager (I can't remember name*) - Left my name and number for feedback. Got a very suspicious from someone claiming to be from Old Mutual Forensic - Supplied them with all information related to the claim as a security check. The call became suspect when the person in question started to accuse me of being a and claiming that I used to work for Old Mutual. I became offended at this stage and insisted on the person's full name and I got a plain refusal. What became more suspect is that this person insisted that funds won't be released until they are satisfied with their pending investigation. Said I must speak to no other person. After reporting: 24-10-13 this to Kurt. M no response. InChargeForensic
