Mutual & Federals service is BEYOND HELP. i have been trying to get Hold of the person responsible for my claim and i have had no luck. after back and forth communication that took two weeks, they registered my claim 3 days ago and promised that i will receive a call for further actions. till to date, no phone call. i have heared to follow up with them on the claim to learn that they still pending documents from FNB to finalise the CLAIM.
Im very very fustrated with this insurance!!! Poor poor customer service.
again my car requires me to have a CAR, i still havent heard anything rearding the interim car. This is really really furstrating
