My father had two policies with Old Mutual and now he is deceased I called Old Mutual regarding my fathers policies and pay-out as my dad never claimed before. The consultant confirmed that my father had life cover with them but he can not confirm anything about payment as his system is not
showing any thing. I requested him to explain to me in details and he advised that he can not assist me on that. That's pathetic, we need money to burry my father how we will be able to burry him without any funds. that's this means that old mutual has to walk away with my fathers money? No one at old is willing to assist us with regards to my father's funds that needs to be paid out to us. No body seems to know where the money is and how to locate the funds. I mean how come not even one person is not telling us the truth about what happened to my fathers policies. How does this company operate? my father work so hard for this money now old mutual is doing this to us.
I would appreciate response from an senior manager that can shed some light on this matter, I am done dealing with incompetent staff members that only drive me mad
