Incompetence!

My father went to african bank with myself in cape town st georges mall. He completed all the required documents for a credit card, was approved a large amount but asked for R20.000 credit card. The documents were signed and he was issues a card and told the money would be in today 29012013. No money in the account yet at 15:28pm. it was said that there was missing information on the application and therefore he needs to come back in to sign new documents, Leverne the consultant advised me telehonically that he does not need to complete but just sign the application which now included the outstanding credit info then the money would be in, he left the branch only to get another call to come in again assured by francis that at 14:30pm resolved. So far we have had to go into the branch 2 times signing 2 sets of documents now again another set as all of the current two still ahd the error on. still no money, my opinion is that if this was done in the 1st place then he wouldnt have had to go back but they wana conclude a sale so they say its "ok" and complete the app without the info then you are left with the burden while waiting for money. for a financial institution this is BS!
