My Account has a hold on it

I applied for a cheque account with FNB and I received my card after a month. Yesterday I went and deposited money into that account for the first time and I tried to transfer money from one account to another and I got an error saying that my account has a hold on it, . Now what makes it worse is that I called yesterday and I was told that the hold would be removed and now its a day late and 1. I do not have access to my money and 2. No one is willing to help. When I wake up to go to work FNB IS CLOSED, WHEN I COME BACK FROM WORK IT IS CLOSED. I was told that I needed to send documents and I did with the courier who delivered the card and now I have a problem because your courier was unreliable. And besides I do not even have access to the account I wonder why I am being messed around like this and i keep having to waste my time calling you guys. Can you fix it now.
