I ordered a cheque card from FNB s call centre on monday 21 October the lady on the phone promised me that it would take between 3-4 days for delivery to my branch today is the 30th October 2013 and when i call FNB branch there is never anyone to answer the call at the collections department and my card has STILL not been delivered i thought FNB was supposed to be the "Best " bank clearly not
