I was the victim of a hit and run on 2 October. In addition to the trauma of the accident I now have to relive the trauma daily because my car is still damaged and I have to enter and exit my car through the passenger door.
First for Women approved my claim but now they are not giving me the information I need to get my car fixed! I have dutifully paid my insurance even during a period when I was unemployed I NEVER missed a premium. Now that I actually need them all I get is nothing!!
I have made follow-up calls with nothing but empty promises to show for it. Tshifhiwa's excuse that she could not reach me is rubbish!!! I work in a call-centre too so I cannot answer my cellphone when I work but I ALWAYS return calls when a message is left. ALWAYS!!! I have no messages with any kind of feedback on my queries.
First For Women, I have ALWAYS spoke only good things about you and many of my friends are now your clients because of my recommendation and now this lack of service??? I expected more from you and I am DEEPLY disappointed.
