Assessor whch was appointed by he insurer, evaluated my car and quoted approximately R17000 to fix my car. Now the insurer said the payment is approved. But the workshop has to 1st fix the car and buy parts themselves. After this they need to take pics so to see if my car i indeed repaired..this after their assesor so that my car will need repairs of more than R17000!!!
After this then the insurer need proof of payment - Bak statement from myself showing tha have paid the balance into the workshop... beforethey can even pay!!! why do they flippen care how ipay the balance.
Third party-the guy ibumped into his car---has been paid, into his personal account andhe can go to any workshop to fix his car. he doesnt have to take nay pics... or proof of paymwnts!!!
Tell me how can a custmer be treated like thi... a paying customer noggal whereas a non paying, third party isgiven the best service?
