CLAIM TAKING TOO LONG, NO SENSE OF URGENCY, NO HELP

I WAS INVOLVED IN AN INCIDENT ON THE 09TH OF OCTOBER WITH A THRID PARTY. MY CAR CRASHED INTO ANOTHER CAR.
SINCE IHAD THIRD PARTY COVER ICLAIMED... UP UNTIL NOW IM BEING TOLD ABOUT INVESTIGATIONS THAT STILL NEED TO TAKE PLACE... REPORTS THAT NEED TO BE COMPILED AND MEETINGS THAT STILL NEED TO BE HELD! WHERE'S SENSE OF URGENCY IN THIS MANNER??? THIRD PARTY'S CAR MIRRO NEED TO EB FIXED, HIS CAR IS DAMAGED AND MY CAR INCLUDED!!!
WHAT'S THE USE OF HAVING AN INSURANCE THEN???
IT'S NOW MONTH END AND THE INSURER WILL NOT FORGET TO DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, WHICH THEY HAVE DONE EVERY MONTH!!! BUT IM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO FINISH THEIR MEETINGS AND MAKE A DECISION!!!
WE TAKE INSURANCE TO HAVE A PEACE OF MIND. ISHOULD HAVE PUT THE MONEY ASIDE THEN AND SAVE IT INSTEAD OF HAVING PRIME MERIDIAN AS AN INSURER!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST, AND THEY HAVE NO CARE IN THE WORLD.
FOR THEM YOU JUST ONE OF MANY CLIENTS WHO COMPLAIN. IWILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO PRIME MERIDIAN, EVER!!!

AS WE SPEAK, NO ONE BOTHERS TO COME BACK TO ME, IM STILL WAITING FOR THE MEETING... WHICH SURELY TAKES A WEEK...
