I find it strange and disappointing that the sales and customer care lines are so quick to respond to new customers signing up for new insurance policy. Surprising enough are all the praises from new clients on hellopeter, and almost all the complaints are claims? As an existing customer who needs assistance with an accident the feedback is pathetic. Justin at claims called me on Monday to issue a claim and today is Wednesday evening I'm still sitting with a damaged car. The call centre system seems to accept calls for new customers and existing customers except claims is not working? Option 3 which is claims drops calls and returns me to the main menu? How convenient!
I regret signing up with You King price. But lesson learnt from now on.
