My vehicle was involved in an accident caused by another party. My insurer (Outsurance) and their insurer settled the bill quickly enough, but I still had to pay the excess which I was told they would try to recover for me.
I was duly informed (on September 16 2013) that the excess has been recovered and would be paid into my account immediately. This "immediate" payment was confirmed both by email and telephone.
Now, 18 days later, I am still waiting for my "immediate" payment.
