Extremely pathetic and poor service

I had a mv accident on 18 july. I reported the accident to my insurance company. I tried to call the call centre several times but got transferred from 1 operator to another and after about 25 min I got cut off.after several calls I got to a lady that assisted me of which it wasn t even her department or duty. I HEREBY THANK YOU LIEZE DE KOK.i had my claim registerred.she couldnt help me further as the consultant had to sort and take the matter further.i then once spoke to a lady BRENDA BALOYI apparently the person for handling my claim.and after only MAKING calls towards m/f they within the 1st month never called me concerning my claim.speaking to brenda being agrivated she was of the poorest assistance explaining that my vehicle will be insurance property and I will be paid out.as I dont want the amount and I want my vehicle back.luckilly after one month I had a consultant mr SIFISO.but the consultant FORGOT to give the correct email adress for claims returned.with all my calls being made I even know my claim numbers in full by heart how pathetic.clearly they dont need my money and dont need me as a customer.its 5 weeks going 6 weeks and no success or end in sight for my claim.
