I had a car accident on the 27th April 2013, reported to the insurance same day and logged a claim the following day as the date of accident was a Sunday. It took their assessor 4 days to go and assess my car, who came back saying the car is a write off. It took the insurance 3 days to call me and tell me that the car is a write off and that some Themba guy is allocated my case. The Themba called a week later saying he travels a lot therefore he will call me the following day. The following day there was no call from Themba, I called him aruond 16:00 and asked him when does his business day ends as he hasn't called me as he has promised. He told me he doen't have "business hours". After 2 days he decided to call me requesting that I write a letter giving him permission to acquire the accident report from the Metro Police. I faxed it through to the number he gave me. After faxing it, I called him to ask if he got the fax and he told me he is on the road, he will check later and call me. 4 days passed and I called him and he said he never got the fax. After 4 days, he waits for me to ask, he doesn't call me and update me on the progress of this claim.!!!
