I made a claim with Thabile on saturday, the 16th February 2013, he promised to call me back once the claim has been processes to tell me the progress, but he did not. have been trying to call his line directly every day but he was unavailable so i called the outsurance claim line directly every day all the consultants that i was talking to promised to call me back regarding the claim but no one called back. on this saturday after 8 days i managed to get hold of Thabile, he gives me the attitude and he is rude telling me that the assesor is the one who is supposed to call me not him, I am telling him that he promised to call me give the feed back but he is really rude on the phone. can you guys please treat us with respect process our claims as soon as possible, not wait for us to call you every day even then you don't give what we want, i have always respected and you and recommended you to my family and friends, but now i am really dissapointed on the service that I got from you.
