For a claim of R6500, had to wait for two for an authorisation and its two later again (all in all 4 weeks) They say my car was towed to a panel-beater who still hasn't fixed it to date. How much longer do I have to wait?
I also put in a cellphone claim on this, I am still waiting almost a month.
