My car was damaged by a hailstorm on 28 November 2013 and logged a claim which was successful by the 6/12/13. I then received an authorization with the panel beater's contact number which I called and I was told my car will only be fixed in June 2014. I was not happy with this so I requested that they must give me an alternative panel beater, so they told me that I should wait for the re-opening of businesses in January 2014. I have been waiting for their call ever since, I called them many times this January but it's either I cant get through or they tell me that one of their consultants would call me but they do not. They only managed to replace the windscreen, but I would like for them to give me another panelbeater as soon as possible.
