No help at all!!!

OK so my account had very liltle or no money in it. And a transaction went off for two hundred or so rands and my account magically went into minus on a (SAVINGS ACCOUNT) no over draft on my account. So i walk into the bank the next working day. And they said they cant help me i must speak to the manager. So i went and waited to speak to the manager for about an hour only to find that the only person that could possibly is not in at the moment. IF THERE IS MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT YOU CANT GET MONEY!!! ITS SIMPLE.. And the attitude towards me was disguesting. They would not reverse the transaction or close the account until i settled the amount due. Its now a year later and i get a message saying i need to pay 2000 or so rand. So i walk bank into the bank and the manager is magically there. So i went calmly to try and resolve the problem and again cant help pay they account. Wouldnt give me statement or show me the terms and conds that my bank acc contract states that they can give me money when there is no funds in the account.

What do i do now because i will not pay this money. If they tried to even give some sort of help on the day no of this would of happend
