I have reported to Standard Bank that I have not received any service from TOPTV that was deducted from my account and that the transaction should be reversed. Standard bank says not their problem. TOPTV insists that the transaction was credited to my account. I don't see proof of this on my bank account. Please investigate. Is this not why we join a bank? To make life EASIER??? I am MINUS the money on my account with NOWHERE TO TURN FOR HELP. IF YOU CAN'T ASSIST AT LEAST RESPOND BY GIVING USEFULL INFORMATION AND NOT THE AUTOMATED TURNAROUND TIME COMMON STANDARD PROCEDURE RESPONSE THAT IS NOT USEFUL TO ANYONE. When money is owed service providers EVERYONE included are quick to harass you into your grave. BUT WHEN MONEY IS DUE... ITS QUIET LIKE A GRAVE. Typical S.A. standards! I am the client. I insist that this matter be resolved between the TWO SERVICE PROVIDERS and not by me running back and forth ACHIEVING NOTHING but UTTER FRUSTRATION. Thank you. How do you expect people to resolve an issue like this on their own when YOU have access to transactions and authority over transactions. How must I magically put the money back into my account?
