Consolidation Loan

Standard Bank informed me that I can apply for a Consolidation Loan of which I did. I submitted all the forms on 1 June 2013. After about 30 telephone calls and 40 e-mails I finally got feedback on 30 August that the loans were approved.
1 was an Advance loan (which was first processed incorrectly and had to be rectified) and than I had to again call, send e-mails and visit the branch to query status of settlement. The consultant at the bank had no idea what to do. Finally this was settled after almost a month.
2nd was a 2nd Bond Home Loan consolidation. This was also approved and received confirmation on the same day 30 August 2013. Well again after 15 phone calls and 30 e-mails and escalation I was advised that the document was send to the lawyers. Well only to find out the bank got instruction not to approve (no one can tell me where the instruction came from). Being send from pillar to post and after 10 escalations the matter has still not been revolved. On the 18th of October it was send to the new lawyers but nothing has been finalised. No one at the bank is taking owenership or attemp to rectify the problem.
