I have used this service of 'Cardless payments' and then drawn the money at a ATM, exactly as it should be done, numerous times with no problems - however the last TWO times I have not been able to receive this money, as the ATM keeps saying I have an invalid voucher number, even though I have been 100% careful to punch in the right number, and have even repeated it just to be certain, and then gone to numerous different ATM's to do the same thing, and get told by the ATM, the same error message.

One time of this happening - I can be understanding of, but when it happens repeatedly, it clearly shows your system is flawed. I will never this system again, as I have wasted so much time and money running around trying to sort this out. I still of which have not received the money from the last voucher I was given, I just can't afford to waste any more of my time or money trying to sort something like this out, when no one is actually looking into the problem and solving it for good.

It's a complete waste of time having a system like this in place, when it doesn't work and causes continuous problems.
