I was given a complementary voucher for a delayed flight. First I was never send the promised voucher and had to email to get it.
The voucher was supposedly fully transferable to any person on any route. But had a 3 months deadline. I gave the voucher number to my girlfriend to use but it stated that its an invalid voucher.
I tried to phone mango but after many minutes holding on and listening to music I could not waste more airtime. I emailed only to get a email back giving me another number to call.
I called the new number several times but after holding on forever and listening to their music I had to hang up because my airtime costs where starting to exceed the voucher value.
I was so frustrated by this time as with the waiting in email reply and calling almost a week had passed. I had to book the tickets without any voucher to make sure I do not miss my travel date.
I emailed mango again with the same complaint. To my frustration they emailed me back a number to call. I called the number just to listen to more music and waste more airtime.
I have spent more time and money on airtime then the voucher is worth.
I am utterly disgusted by the poor service. This is pathetic.
