I was an Auto and General customer for 6 years before moving to Miway in 2012. I moved because Miway offered me a much lower premium. Two months ago Miway increased my premium and instituted an excess (I have had continuous and claim free cover for the past 7 years). This greatly displeased me and I contacted Brent at Telesure who facilitated the process of getting me back to Auto and General. Not only has A and G beat Miway's premium, Brent has ensured that I get the best possible deal because of my claim free history. He gets back to me when he says he will, and he always has the best positive attitude which makes the pain of short term insurance bearable!
