Hi Jonathan,

Please assist!!!

Once again I have to keep on phoning Thabisa to get answers and she does not phone me back or reply back to my mails!!!

She asked me for papers from the bank which I did get and mail it to her please see dates

She requested the information on the 18th of FEB, Here is when I mailed it to her On Tue, Feb 19, 2013 at 11:19 AM

Today I had to phone in and asked what's going on!!! oohhh no she is still waiting here is the mail after I had to wait and asked one of your people to phone me back

Then I mailed her today - 28 February 2013 01:57 PM

So from the 18th Feb to 28th of Feb which is 10 days she could not phone me... or mail me or just get anyone to let me know she did not received the mail or anything from me... so me the customer need to phone back and run around??? I pay for a service and almost R3000 a month, The only thing i ask for is to let me know what's going on?

Mr Jonathan, ... this is a huge issue for me... Last month I had to pay the bakkie R5350 this month I'm going to pay R5350 again who is going to pay me back???
