Firstly Discovery's so called "skilled" technicians cause damage to my vehicle when installing their DQ Tracker.
Secondly they send out a technician out again to and confirmed the damages caused BY DISCOVERY but i had to make 2 dozen phone calls BEING PAST FROM PILLAR TO POST to get this sorted after which i had to take and repair it on my own costs ANYWAY!! Nobody even bothered to follow up on this!!
Thirdly i requested a copy of my phone conversation when taking up the insurance with them, as other services i'm paying for also was not available to me when i needed it!! NO RESPONSE AGAIN!!!
Fourthly who is going to take ownership of all the work time i'm losing being passed from pillar to post by their call centre, the air time im losing, the monthly debit order im paying for and getting no service what so ever?!!!
Fifthly i gave up three years uninterrupted service from my previous insurer, not one issue, losing my no claim bonus FOR THIS!!!
Lastly if i can advise anyone, NEVER take up insurance with Discovery Insure
