Unresolved claim and no feedback

Claim is 2weeks in progress. I had to make the arrangements to deliver the goods for evaluation myself. The assigned assessor has not done any follow up work. I ensured that the report and quote was mailed to discovery insure. I had to follow up on the progress. First payment will be done directly to me. Document was signed and returned. Then discovery insure has a change of mind. And will pay the supplier. Once again i had to forward the information. Using my time and my company time to sort the information out. To escullate the. Case also did not help. That should mean that i receive my access amount back. The worst service ever. Seems it doesn't help speaking to supervisiors as well. Empty promisses. But we as clients are good enough to pay ouf premies. For what bad service.
