Being located in Namibia and having changed mobile numbers the token for prepaid could not be delivered. I logged the issue and within seconds and online chat my problem was resolved in a most professional and effective manner. What can you say about service of this nature, it is totally unheard of in todays life. Thanks to all at Prepaid 24 and especially Samantha and Steven, keep up the good work.
