I paid for electricity on my online banking and didn't receive the token. I waited about 3 hours when I opted to use the live chat service on the electricity service provider Prepaid24's website. Samantha Gibbs was allocated to me. She was extremely polite. Advised me there was a problem that was confirmed with my bank. She offered a possible solution. I did what was asked and within 2 minutes after I had complied, i received my token. Hats off to both Prepaid24 and the manner in which Samantha assisted me. Off the hook!
