Blatantly Rude agent who lacks telephone etiquette

This 'lady' called my home landline number which was answered by my mum and she asked to speak to my brother, my mum then informed her that he will be available after 15:00. She then called back and terminated the call after my mum answered (thank goodness for caller ID). She called back after 5 minutes and I picked up the receiver, I asked her for her name and she informed me that she is calling from my brother's insurance. If he did have any important dealings with AIG, he would've taken time out to give them his updated contact details... anyway, I asked her for her name again and she RUDELY dropped the call. This agent lacks good manners as well as telephonic etiquette, yet, she represents your brand!!! This will actually prevent from having any relationship with your company!!!
