I have been receiving marketing calls to offer me a few of the products or services over the past 2 months. I have been declining these offers of credit as well as cellphone packages. Eventually when I did indeed need their assistance I called in to take up a credit offer only to be declined becos of a judgement placed on my name a few years ago by bayport, which had to be removed this year April, however I could not understand why it was not removed or affected me at any other providers. I spoke to Ref 718386
Veronica escalated to admin to send to itc for update-28/08/13, and was told that I would receive an e-mail confirming that this issue has been resolved. Well its 2 months already and no call e-mail or sms has been received. I too work for a financial institution and the longest turn around time is 30days. I'm totally disgusted that I should be the one calling to follow up on progress, that's definitely not service. Please treat this matter as serious.
