Hi three, I was in your Eersteriver branch this morning. add a extra savings account to my portfolio. Also asked the lady that helped me if the ATM at the branch accepts cash deposits, to which she answered no. My next question was, where is the nearest branch to them that does have the facility. She response was very elusive, not really giving answer. I ended up depositing my funds at the branch at double the rate it would have cost me had I been given the choice to deposit at a ATM. The funds where also deposited into my main account and not into the savings account I asked for.
