I have a policy that needs to pay out, don't know where to start with relevant paperwork. You just don't get to speak to a person, if you lucky to speak to someone, they can't help and will yet transfer your call again, I've got so many reference numbers, but that does not help! I'm giving up, when they sold the policy to me, there were no questions ask, I did not even have to sign any paper work.
