About /- 4 months a go I got a call from FNB call centre regarding an accident benefit insurance which i gladly accepted. The agent told me that within 7 days i would receive all paper work regarding the policy. To this day i have not received anything but they sure enought did not forget to start deducting money a mere two weeks after the call. At this point I just want to cancel this whole policy but have no reference numbers.
