My policy no is MDR001860278, Have two clains that I want to submit but when you phone the two numbers that appears on their policy they will send you from pillar to post, They said they will send me the claim form to take it to the doctor they never send me one. I was in hospital on the 21/01/2013 for 5 days and on the 2nd of May up-to the 8th of may 2013. when you call these two numbers that appears on their policy 0860 123 444 and 0860 012 301 the one who answers the telephone will transfer you to the relevant department which probably does not exist today someone took my numbers and said the poeple that are working with these policy are not in and normally you will hold for more that 40 minute With no I will transfer you to the right deptment or does it exist only to phone us and tell us about the policy but they dont do payouts.
