Why can't ALL service in this country be like that received from Arlene Goldberg at Vaal Central Insurance Brokers in Johannesburg?
This is EXACTLY why I use a broker and don't go for the Out My Way insurance companies.
I mailed Arlene at 15h43 to request 3 changes to my existing policy: 1) remove an old item, 2) update an existing item and 3) update a replacement value.
At 15h46 Arlene mailed me back to say she would effect the amendments and mail me a new policy schedule once done. I didn't expect this before the next working day, but low and behold, at 15h59, 16 minutes after my initial mail, I received my new, updated policy document from Arlene, with all the changes done and dusted!
Now THAT is how it's done!
