Aforbes ignores customer requests

Since January 2013 I have made 2 telephone requests and sent 2 e-mail requests for a copy of my funeral policy. The first mail was sent to Manager Operations Department, Gordon Thembekwayo, who sent me a notice of increase in my monthly payment. To date I have had ZERO response not even an ackowledgement. Mail sent was delivered and read.
