Wonderful service

On Monday 21 Jan 2013 at 17:15 I submitted a claim for my iPad. At 17:45 I got a call to say my claim was approved and a brand new model (please note, the latest one!) will be delivered to me. I thought it was too good to be true. On Wednesday 23 January my brand new IPad was delivered to my doorstep! I also phoned to update the insurance on my car considering depreciation and was told it was already updated! That is what I call bending backwards for a client! Thank you Outsurance
