I've been advised to do online FNB Home Loan application, what I did. Pre-Screening confirmed that with my current income I qualify for a R529 000.00 Home Loan. FNB contact me to fill in all forms as provided by FNB and submit provide proof of salary, expenses etc. What I did. I've applied for a home loan of R300 000.00, although Pre-Screening confirmed that I qualify for R529 000.00.
Outcome - Home Loan application E.L. TAALJAARD ID No. 6307250083089 was unsuccessful.
Based on the information provided you will not be able to afford the loan amount, although I Pre-Qualify for R529 000.00. Nonsens!!!
