This is my second complaint through Hello peter. In Feb 2011 I sold my vehicle to VW, who then sold it to someone else and they took a policy out with you. On this policy you have got both my cell phone and land line numbers listed, as well as one other cell number that belongs to the person who took this policy out. Now every month for the past two years you keep phoning me and sending me sms's to say that the debit order has been returned or whatever. Now last week I received another sms saying that the debit order has now been returned for the 7th time and you are going to cancel the policy. Well I wish you would cancel this policy and then maybe my details will get removed from your system. I was promised with the last complaint via Hello Peter that your IT department had successfully removed my information. Well clearly they have not. So please remove my info as this could be detrimental to my credit record. The vehicle in question is BF 11CT GP
